POSITION :
Judson CRE is looking for the following specialists for their team:
- OFFICE LEASING
- RETAIL LEASING
- INVESTMENT SALES
The ideal candidate can work both within the firm’s team structure and represent the firm externally.
Responsibilities:
- Provides a high level of service and is known as a trusted advisor
- Self-starter who is able to independently close transactions
- Secures new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Able to prioritize deal cycle while maintaining a healthy conversion rate
- Communicates well and is solution-oriented
- Utilizes and keeps CRM updated
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or other relevant field.
- Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communications and consensus building skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks consistently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Conscientious, reliable, and flexible.
- High degree of professionalism and passion for success.
- Understands market cycles and sets short and long-term strategies taking these into consideration.
